Had a facial at this salon and was not impressed! The facial includes neck, decolletage and scalp massage. They only touched my face and massage was soft like it didn't do anything to improve my circulation. It was quite annoying!! They repeated the Same technique about 20 times in the same spot. After 15mins later, they puts a mask on and left me laying on the bed for 20 minutes with no scalp massage??! My eyes were stinging from the massage cream so when they left I had to wipe them clean. They then attends to another client, comes back and said I was done. Worst facial ever!! Be prepared to get your face tickled and not massaged!!

I am furious after arriving at Glamour & Beauty for a treatment this morning to be told they would not service a voucher I had purchased. This is apparently because they were not the management of the business when the voucher was purchased. Two things - when you buy a business you would usually honour any existing vouchers and if you were not going to provide the service I had paid for, then you should have made contact with me as I wasted over an hour of my time getting to and from the salon. VERY UNIMPRESSED and would NOT recommend this business
