DON'T TAKE A CHANCE - your clothes might get washed instead of dry cleaned or not cleaned at all!
My new $250 dress was returned to me with pulls and creases through it, thread coming undone and shrunk. When I asked about it, I was treated very rudely by the management. Claimed no responsibility. I brought the dress to another dry cleaner to ask, if I replaced the dress, would it have the same result in their machine- they took one look at it and said 'this dress has been washed' and that there is no way dry cleaning would have that affect.
A second dress I picked up from Glamour dry cleaning still had the same creases from when I wore it, was still dirty and smelled like what I can only describe as a foot odour- I suspect the dress hadn't been treated at all! At least they hadn't washed it!
