Had absolutely awful experience with the service at this nail salon. Staff were unattantive, provided a poor customer service and showed an absolute lack of time management. To my complaint the manager on duty did not apologise after making my mother wait on a massage chair for half an hour , whilst staff were prioritising other clients and walk ins. When I have pointed this out to staff the response was insufficient , no apology followed. I had no problem with quality of the pedicure, although moving me around to few stations before completing their job was highly inconvenient. However the disrespectful attitude and carelessness played its biggest part in forming the first and forever last impression of this business. Disappointed.
I have been getting my nails done at glamour nails for over 5 years now, and the level of service that Lisa and her team have provided me has been second to none. They always have time to fit me in for a simple manicure or a full set of acrylics. As a hospitality worker my hands go through a beating. Lisa has always guided me as to treat injuries or best way to fix my nails.
Lisa has trained her team to the highest level and my nails don't lift. I have tried many places all over the world and these girls just get it right!
