Glass Brasserie
Luke Mangan’s brasserie is over-the-top flash but still has affordable options for most. Enjoy $35, 1 course plus a glass of wine at lunch or dinner.
Glass Brasserie, in the Sydney Hilton, is out of my world. The venue is next level stunning and I felt like I needed to be in a tailored suit to at least try to compliment the opulence. I cannot fully judge Luke Mangan's food, or the menu as a whole, as I was only in attendance to review the Chocolate Degustation Menu. A menu you need in your life. Not too sweet, not too bland, a perfect balance of chocolate joy for your senses. I cannot wait to return to this place to eat the rest of the food.

Absolutely in love with this restaurant, I've been here many times and I am never disappointed. The gnocchi was delicious i got this as an entree size, very impressive. The staff are so professional and kind. I was seated by the window on my anniversary with my partner which was so special, they ever congratulated us and wrote 'happy anniversary' on our dessert. Attention to detail and fabulous customer service sets this restaurant apart from the rest.
We've been to Glass twice, and it's a classy, low risk option when you need to impress, or just have a very superior meal.
It can be busy, so book ahead, and to get the best service try to work around peak times.
Every part of their meals are superior - this is one of the best restaurants in the CBD. Nice decor and a good range in their menu. Dessert was breathtaking !
ORDER THE BURGER! The burgers are simply put: delicious. It is the perfect marriage of beef to bun, topped off with an amazing relish. And then there's the pickle! Served with fries and a complimentary glass of wine, it is the perfect mid-week lunch. Its the perfect lunch, any day of the week. #reviewtowin
