Place just feels a bit sad compared to the Wall next door. Coffee was not made hot enough, miserable man on the till complained about the change given for a $4.70 coffee, service offhand, would not bother going back

Great wee place, but it seems they've closed for good. Mysteriously! No signs, nothing on social media, zilch. Very sad. Great space. My friends have booked it for a birthday this month and can't get in touch. Bummer.

First time I accidentally walked into the Glass Merchant the waiter brought out complimentary biscuits with my coffee. The waiter left and and after a few weeks the barrista started remembering how I liked my coffees, we got taking and I told him about how impressed I was with my first visit and the complimentary biscotti. Now the barrista Roberto regularly sends out biscotti with my coffee.Talk about making a customer feel valued and btw their coffees are great too.

Dropped in for an afternoon coffee only. Definitely a cool and artsy space with friendly staff. I loved the light within a cage hanging from the ceiling. Coffee was average - I did not like the bitter aftertaste.
