Glen Cullen Pools

Least professional company I have ever dealt with. They are constantly late, missing dates and attempt to blame delays on us. They claim to have phoned when they haven't and claim to have attempted to visit when we know they did not. When confronted they are extremely rude.

Extremely angry re glen cullen pools and wish to advise all potential customers to stay away. Just returned a phone call from them:

Similar issue to tommo81- quote of $110 and billed for $1000+. Job was a repair for a solar heating syst under 1yr old bought from them - which shouldnt have busted in the first place.

In addition, told me i was as a "typical asian bloody wog" who didnt want to pay.

We will be paying $110 and complaining to consumer affairs. Stay away.

I experienced a few incidents with this place:



1. They talk you into joining their Pool Owners Club for $10pa to get discount prices but then don't honour the prices on their price list. After grabbing what I needed, I was hit with a higher price than I was expecting at the cashier and was told that there was a price rise..... even though they still had the same price list ...read more

I endured a massive ordeal with the management in regards to quoted and actual charges. They lost it and wouldn't stop calling until I paid their ridiculously overpriced bill which was heaps more than quoted.
