I dealt with them when I was doing my renovation. When it came to dealing with their customers they are worse. They screamed at me via a phone conversation for over 36 minutes, because I had repeated some negative information an electrical store had said about the cost of using them.
They threatened to sue me for defamation and screamed at me while I tried to explain I had only repeated to another trade what was said to me out of concern at what I might be charged. Ironically the other trade was a friend of theirs, and then told them what had been said .. but had told them not to take the comments up with me, but with the electrical store that made the comments.
