Glenelg Florist

I give glenelg florist 5 stars, above and beyond service and quality! I had ordered and paid for flowers through another florist for my best friends 25th birthday but they had closed early so I never got my flowers. I called glenelg florist in peek hour traffic at 5pm and asked what time they close (they were closing at 5pm), I explained my situation and the staff member Vanessa said she was happy to wait. I got stuck in traffic and didn't arrive until 5:20. I got a beautiful posy my friend loved and they have lasted for over a week now!!! I wont get flowers from any other florist now. Thanks Vanessa!!

Came here for flowers for a funeral. Terrible service. The management was extremely rude. Made us late to the funeral because was not there when we arrived (even though we had told them what time we were coming in). They got our order wrong so that the roses were the completely wrong colours and was not apologetic what so ever. When they changed the roses over to the correct colours used older, browning roses that looked at least a day old. We told them they looked old and was very snappy and gave us attitude. Made such a simple thing very difficult and upsetting for us whille we were on our way to a funeral. On top of this we spent $100 and what we got for that amount was bad. It was only a small bunch that was wrapped in brown paper with a few ribbons. It was embarrassing giving this to the family at the funeral.
