Wow, rude much?! Was given this number to get a quote for over two grand worth of work - couldn't even get past the first sentence, I asked whether they knew the person who put me in touch with them and they responded with "is this what you are calling me for" Er...no. I wanted to make sure it was the right person I would be paying a lot of dollars to. When I said no, they just hung up. I called back thinking the line may have dropped out but no they hung up again. Is this what customer service has turned into these days, they need to take a serious lesson is common courtesy and etiquette. Sent them a text saying as much but of course no response. People like them don't deserve to be in business.terrible.

Rang looking for emergency locksmith service during a business day, staff member hung up on me to take a call that he wanted to take instead of mine. No customer service!

I rang up blind not knowing what it would cost me to replace the lock on my door and the guy was honest and did not rip me off. Happy to recommend.
