Glenhuntly Baby Carriages

I can't disagree more with all these bad reviews here. The customer service was amazing, I am an indecisive shopper and the staff provided me with so much expertise advice, and most of all - patience. They have a wide range of stock and are so knowledgable. I would definitely shop there again.

I haven't left a review for a retail store before but felt compelled to share my experience with this store. Though they stock a great variety of products and can offer great prices (the pram we purchased seems only to be stocked here), I would advise NOT to buy from the store. Their customer service is just awful. We purchased a pram 5 months before baby was due and was told they would be in touch with us when it was stocked. I did not receive a single call from them and in fact had to follow up with them on a number of occasions. Not a single call back despite the number of times they said they would follow up and give me a call back. So baby arrives early and my partner had to call them everyday for a week before they actually told us it was ready for collection! I then had to return a faulty item and hadn't heard from them in over 6 months. So I called them and I was told it was ready for pick up. I called up to check if they have a Boori cot in stock and whether they are willing to price match. Spoke with them could not match the price but can give a discount due to discontinue line, provided I will buy a mattress with them as well. I was told to go in to the store and discuss. I prefer the colour and stock availability so decided to buy it even though it was a lot more expensive than the initial store I got a better deal. I couldn\'t go into the store and therefore rang up to inform them that I\'m happy to pay a deposit or so to hold the cot as it is the last one. I was initially told the cot is in stock but when I rang up again, they said they will need to check if the cot is on lay-by and will call me back. After waiting for half a day, they havnt rang back and therefore I rang back.
