Well if the "mag news" shop is anything to go by its not a nice or family environment to shop in.
Management was rude to my young daughter and I for looking at magazines to buy and read while waiting to see the local Dr... What the?!
I am partially sighted and take time to focus without my glasses, my daughter was reading the titles on the covers for me.
But less than 5 minutes in the shop seriously....
They yelled at us from across the shop!
Honestly this is angry, aggressive and disrespectful behaviour! This is a family suburb and a family community environment that support our local businesses...
Won't be supporting you any longer!
The management at mags news are very polite and patient. What some customers need to understand is that this is not a library. Management do not yell at customers for no reason. They also expect customers to flick through magazines to see what's in there. But there is a difference between someone flicking through magazines and someone just standing there reading page after page. For example a customer was regularly just reading magazines. The management had a word with her and her response was "oh, you caught me". Some people try to take advantage but doesn't always work I'm afraid. It sounds like this person that is complaining in the above comment was prob caught standing there for a while trying to read magazines for free.
Find it hard to believe. Most feedback I hear is very positive. Maybe you should find somewhere else to have free read like the library!
