From a NYCer, their bagels are the best in Melbourne that I've tasted. Still not a NYC bagel but you take what you can get ;) The service here is friendly. The salmon and avocado bagel I had the other day was delicious. My only complaint is that for a bagel place, their toasting time is ridiculous. They have one dinky toaster that takes forever. I often have to choose not to go in there anymore on my way to work because I know it will take too long.
