Half a star is being kind. Getting any kind of communication out of these people is like pulling hen's teeth. The work was delayed time and time again and they never bothered to let me know.

I've since had a few other roofers come to check the work. I ended up having pay again to have all the shoddy flashing work redone. The management is rude. Just an awful experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !! This review post will never be long enough to list the ongoing problems I have had with this dodgy brothers outfit, and I definitely echo other reviewers comments about never having calls answered - ESPECIALLY as soon as their bill was paid. However the worst of it is the poor quality of work done - I had to have the roofers over 3 times to fix worsening problems they were causing every time they touched my roof - I ended up with the SES over in April due to their bad work and 3 rooms flooded with what initially was only a small leak !!!, ended up having to make an insurance claim to get the situation fixed by another roofer. Did they make a goodwill gesture and pay the insurance excess - of course not! You have been warned, stay clear of them !

I'd like to comment on the workmanship however it is like drawing blood just to get a quote. The 1300 number is never answered by the owner - it's an answering service.



I have called the 1300 number 3 times and left messages - none of them were returned. I finally got through to a staff who was too busy to take my call and would call me back. They didn't.



I called again the next day and they forgot who I was so took down my details again. I am still waiting for them to call. The mobile number on the True Local site now appears to be disconnected.



After receiving a flyer in the mail basically begging for business it amazes me how these guys stay afloat.



I ended up going with Hire a Hubby. They quoted the very same day and did an amazing job.
