Rude staff,Do not help you at all,Out of date computers and newspapers, Breach you for not attending appointments even though they know you are working and you let them know & declare your payments to centrelink,Refuse to pay for a course to further your skills to get back in the workforce but when you get yourself a job they want all the details & your payslips.

Everything everyone has said is true. Disgusting & miserable, get another job if you're that bad and hate your job

I tried to have a conversation with my consultant and her supervisor and share my issue with them, they didn’t even listen to me, they were mad, I haven’t found them helpful at all, they are job provider and they are supposed and getting paid to provide people with solutions, but you cannot even have a conversation with them, I wish I did some research before choosing them as my job provide, however I have been trying to change my job provider. Not recommended at all.

Totally disappointed, In summary, arrogant & impolite, just met them two times and will never go to their office, they do whatever they want to, don’t’ even listen to you, avoid them

This organisation is run by total incompetents. I have been suspended for not attending a job interview. I missed abus to the interview as I would have been to late I cancelled. I was told by centerlink that Global had reported me as a now show.

On another incident I had an interview with one of the staff in their office as I was attending an interview I could not go there. Again they sent to Cenerlink and told them that I was a no show and again have had my payment suspended.

This is happening far too often. I have on more than one occassion been at my job search only to be breached for not been there.

They are the worse organisation I have ever dealt with.
