Global Vision Cleaning

Very bad service. They told me that they would be coming to my place for steam cleaning between 10 and 11 on Saturday. I called them on the Friday before to confirm and they confirmed the appointment. On Saturday they messaged me at 9:30 that they would be delayed and be there by 12:30. I called and told them that I already had plans at 1:30 and that they were delaying me. They then messaged me at 10:40 and told me that they would not be able to make it and that I should find an alternative carpet cleaner. When I called them they had switched off their mobile and would not call back either. It is very unprofessional service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Lodging a complaint is not something I would normally do however I feel that I need to express my concern about the lack of service I've experienced from Global Vision Cleaning.
