Gloria Jean's Coffees

The only reason I am giving half a star is because I can't give it any less. The elderly lady there was so rude when they made us the wrong coffee and we asked to have a new one, she then gave us a medium cup when we paid for a large and was very rude about it! Never going back that's for sure!

Purchased four chillers today and they were not blended properly. The chunks of ice were so large that we could not suck the drink up the straw. Took them back and asked if we could please have fresh ones made. The owner, Helen said that that is how they are. I told her that I buy Gloria Jean's chillers several times a week and have never had this problem. She argued with me saying that they all use the same "recipe". She then proceeded to tip all of our chillers into the blender, with the cream & caramel on top and all! I asked her if she could please make fresh drinks. She got quite angry and kept saying that it will be the same "recipe"!? She then rudely asked me to move away from the counter so that a customer behind could be served...although even after I moved they didn't serve her as all of the baristas were busy making coffee.
