Burnt my coffee, took it back to tell them they burnt it and they denied it was burnt and refused to re-do it?? I am the one drinking the coffee so I would know its burnt. ????
Terrible customer service and they blamed the soy milk. If you are incompetent to froth SOY milk then this job as Barista is NOT for you. Soy milk burns easy and if you don't it right, it gives you that burnt taste AKA you ruined the milk. Never coming back, money wasted on terrible coffee and I do not recommend Gloria Jeans Cabramatta.??????
This was truly the worst experience I have ever had in a Gloria jeans or any other cafe for that matter.
Today I was in the shop where I constantly had to repeat my order and then when the food was ready I was screamed at across the room.
I got up and took my food to the table just waiting for 2 Tim tam ice chillers. As I picked them up to walk over to my table a lady passing by bumped me and I dropped one of them.
The old Asian lady working there gave me the worst look like i had thrown it at her or something. And the young guy working there cleaned up the mess while I constantly apologised especially after feeling so bad for something that wasn’t my fault. Every time I go to this Gloria jeans I get very bad service. The staff are yelling across the shop to customers, with them replying a yell back & forth. If I asked for anything on top of my food (eg, more butter for my toast) they would give out an unwilling attitude.
I think it's the service that really attracts me to any cafe. I only go back to this shop because it's so close to my grocery shopping.
I love to come this Gloria jeans coffees Cabramatta ,staff are so friendly ,top service i can never get from anywhere else,the coffees are the best,they busy all the time,that is why hardly get a seat,i have drink everyday since 5year,all the staff top service, they known what all the customer drink,i feel so happy everytime i come ,
This place is only good for emergencies.
There is never any seating, the locals yell across you to other tables, whilst their children run around unmonitored & ignored.
The coffee here is only just OK.
The locals think that it is a cool, trendy spot & tend to gather & not move from a single cup of coffee for over an hour sometimes.
If you sit outside be prepared to be walked into & on, kicked & tripped over as oblivious people walk by...majority will not apologise, instead just give you a dirty look like you don't belong here.
Seriously, this coffee is not even good enough to tolerate the other customers while you wait for a take away.
