Gloria Jean's Coffees

Unpleasant experience. Bought a coffee on Easter sunday will not be going back.

Given two stars because it was a public holiday. And they did not look like they were enjoying themselves(initially gave only one star).

The counter service was bordering on rude. I don't understand why those who choose to work in the service and don't like the job - still take up these positions???

The coffee was standard fare. Not terrible but not great.

Overall left a bad taste in my mouth.

Have had rude customer service multiple times. Not fair when we have not been anything but nice and polite. Multiple times food we have paid for has been forgotten and when we have politely reminded staff, staff have been discourteous and gone so far to argue with us. Also multiple times i have paid for a large drink and only recieved a small or medium and the remainder of the drink was poured into another cup which the staff drank. I feel that this is inappropriate and unprofessional.

Good Location in food court, fast service, good variety of drinks, good value

Lots of choice with both hot and cold drinks. Heaps of food to choose from. Staff are generally cheerful and helpful. Positioned in the middle of the food court and near the amenities. Lots of seating available.
