I'll be honest, I was busting to go to the bathroom and felt obliged to buy something as their bathrooms are strictly for customers. I'm totally fine with it because in Europe, bathrooms charge you for the privilege. I didn't feel like a coffee and tried two of their three protein ba lls on offer. My decision was based on aesthetics. I had the TURMERIC CHOC ORANGE TRUFFLE which is a nice lime green colour and is a nice combination of sweet citrus with the right hint of Turmeric in it, but the SUPER BERRY VEGAN one was the favorite!
Would not be coming here again.
I asked for a Cheese, Tomato and ham sandwich that was already pre-made and one Coconut & Mango bread take away.
When i got to work to eat it ( 5 mins later) I took out the sandwich and the bread was rock hard! I opened up the sandwich and the cheese was off colour as well. It seems like it's been made a week ago!
When I looked into the other bag for the Coconut & Mango bread they've given my a slice of random cake instead which was ALSO stale!
Avoid if you can!
I made a complaint via their website regarding this issue on that day and I'm very impressed with their customer service.
The staff emailing me is keeping me up to date with this issue as it's going through a different department and staff has also called me regarding this as well.
I would give them 5 stars for their customer service.
Look, it is what it is... a coffee chain store with mediocre coffee & service. Sometimes though it's fun to step out of the urban pretense & uber cool cafe set to scratch that itch you have for a large double shot, skinny white chocolate caramelatte with half an equal.
