Gloria Jean's Coffees

Went into Gloria Jeans yesterday for the first time as we are new to the area. All I can say is that the three young girls who were working there need a huge lesson in customer service and manners!! They were rude and obnoxious, very unhelpful. I work in hospitality and will never ever go back there again :(

It's ok for a quick stop but wouldn't make it a regular destination. Coffee is only average service is inoffensive not overbearing like in some outlets the barista does just enough to get the queue moving.

GJs is all about consistency. I liked the ambiance of the shop. It's slightly bigger than the one at Orion at Springfield Lakes. From what I can remember, the staff were very friendly and allowed me to tweak my coffee just like all the other GJs.

Gloria Jean's Coffees at Forest Lake found in the shopping center plus it has outside sitting which is nice a warm winters day. The coffee is good and many variations to choose from. Some food is available but I didn't purchase any that day.
