Gloria Jean's Coffees

Stuffed up my order 3 times now.
1st time I asked for a chiller and got no whip cream. Knew there mistake as they both looked at me but didn't call me back (I assumed I had to pay extra as some places do, So left it be)
2nd time I asked for half a shot of coffee in my chiller and another chiller with no coffee. Received both with Full strength coffee with whip cream but no caramel this time. Had to go back and ask them for the topping.. Going to the top floor one next time.

Super busy Gloria Jeans - always a que but the team work efficiently to ensure no one has to wait too long. The outlet is open to the food court and the major walkway though to Myer, dose't really encourage sitting and relaxing to enjoy a beverage. Definitely more a take-away type of establishment. I don't like the chocolate for cappuccinos, it is very coarse and granular (this is a problem I have at all Gloria Jeans cafes, not just this one).

Love their Chillers and their smooth Sereno coffee blend!

Their cold drinks do tend to have a lot of ice in them. That being said, their chillers are delicious and I always receive friendly service. The banana breads are good too.

Gloria Jeans have great drinks and snacks. I especially love their iced chocolates. However i do notice that in some cases there is an ecessive amount of ice in their drinks, and sometimes their coffees are warm, not hot. But they still have good service and great snacks.
