Gloria Jean's Coffees

Excellent coffee, brilliant coffee and they even remembered my name!!!

This review should be for GJ Hyperdome. I was on the branch to redeem a coffee using a loyalty card, but got rejected in front of other patrons. They dont even know the policy on the card and even questioning the stamp. They didnt even spend time to explain the reason and look on the card carefully and got told to go to the branch were I got the card from. I ... think they got tired of my questions and decided to look into it and what do you expect it has the same stamp/puncher. They did honour it in the end and refunded me my coffee, but damage had been done. I have reported this instance to your corporate office to evaluate how you look after customer as to prevent damage to the reputation of GJ as a whole.



I had better experience from other branches with this being an exception.

every time i go there, i feel like they know me, they call me by my name even when they dont have to, always friendly to me and my child. coffees are far better than others in the franchise and they are quick too!

Very nice place to have a decent cup of coffee and something to eat.
