Absolute lack of customer service.

Took wrong order and then blamed me and the staff member that took my order then said to me what do you want me to do about it! with a rude tone whilst also in a rude tone told me the staff member never gets an order wrong absolute disgusting treatment is all I got when I was in the right also shop is poorly lit and badly run.

They also never have any cream and you can't rely on getting the same quality each time you go there if they are looking at a long running successful business then the staff need proper training and good manners to start with would never ever go there again and would highly recommend others give it a wide berth.

Muffin break is also in the same complex and customer service there is always above standard.
