Honestly disappointed :(
Sorry guys - none of the people working sets the shops standard at a record low!!
For a change I thought I would try the New Danish with spinach and feta, I asked for it slightly warmed up - what a mistake! It tasted so soggy, it didn't even taste like spinach, it was soooo HOT that it basically distorted it!
The staff on coffee is always lovely, but there was no baby chino cups so my daughter missed out :( my daughter was disappointed.
Then the staffs behind the register changed and they obviously didn't communicate, and they were getting another Danish out to serve me. Until the staff on coffee asked me if I had already been served it. To which I replied I had.
To put it nicely, the place was a shambles and it wasn't even busy. My coffee was excellent, but the food was bad

here today, the service was brilliant. i changed my order from the norm of a latte to a cuppachino - was still perfect. although a lot more froth than i'm used to seeing.
my scone was warm, lots of cream on the side too :) yum!
the staff here are all very nice, they are hard working because there always trying to clean/clear tables and keep up with orders. they did a fabulous job today - it was VERY VERY BUSY!
i like the new range of travel mugs guys - supporting the red nose day charity - they look great standing up on the counter lined up like soldiers in their red and white!!
