Gloria Jean's Coffees

Terrible.My mother and I were having coffee and cake at Gloria Jean's Rosebud when my mother found a large safety pin (about 5cm long) in the bottom part of the cake. We complained to Gloria Jean's staff and they took the cake away and only gave us a refund for one slice. We complained to Department of Health and we were told nothing could be done about it because the safety pin wasn't consumed! It was disgusting and I have never been back to Gloria Jean's since. Apparently the problem was the fault of the supplier.
