Gloria Jean's Coffees

My daughter and I went here for a quick lunch. Everything was presented nicely and looked lovely and fresh. When we placed out order, we asked if they did an iced chai. We were told that they did a chai chiller and we said that we didn't
T want it too icy, we wanted to be able to drink it, so less ice, more milk would be great. The man laughed and shook his head as if our request was unreasonable. When we got the drink, it was icy.
The food was very nice and the temperature was perfect. My daughter mentioned that she had been there once before and was criticised for asking for double espresso in a voltage drink. Parts of this business are fantastic, but it is not good to make the customer feel uncomfortable about their choices.
There is plenty of seating and very easy access for prams and wheelchairs.

This disgusting business doesn't even deserve a star rating. The management of this business absolutely no customer care. They swore at me in front of my 10month old son when things did not go their way. I will NEVER return to this shop again and I am ensuring all my family, friends know of the way they treats their customers. Even reading the review below it is obvious this Gloria Jeans is not run right.
Don't waist your time or money!

i have been to many other gloria jeans and recieved far better service. the eftpos minimum is higher than other stores, the coffee seems weaker and they dont have the condiments such as cinnamin, honey etc for everyone to use. floors and seating area are not overly clean on busier days. the staff are usually friendly enough, however management has been rude on occasions, such as when a friend and i complained about scones we bought that tasted off. i am not one who expects perfection, however this is one of the coffee shops i now avoid if possible.
