Gloria Jean's Coffees

Frappes are great!
The staff are very helpful too.

Need to learn to read and make the orders correctly. Too many times they have mixed up orders or completely got the order wrong. Wouldn't go back there again.

I love drinks at Gloria Jean's but this branch is terrible. The one who make my drink (Iced chocolate) give the drink that the iced melt and taste bad and try to pretend that they made to fresh drink by blended some ice and filled in my drink. Bad staff.

Waldo has mixed emotions for this GJ's.
Location is great and the atmosphere is Go, Go, Go. GJ's here is busy most of the day. If you want peace and quiet go to a food court coffee lounge.
Staff here are lovely, friendly and quite efficient. Always out and about cleaning up after all those who don't. One girl however, is somewhat discourteous, edging on rude (comments behind the counter are unacceptable) No passion for coffee or customers, there just for money in the bank each week. Nice enough coffee - it's gloria jeans after all, but a VERY noisy place - during the day the cars go past and there's traffic from the train station, and don't even try talking to someone between 4-6.00 because the birds from the dozen trees opposite make a RACKET. There's probably better places to drink coffee.
