Gloria Jean's Coffees

I really don't like this coffee. The service is not friendly and they make no effort to make you feel welcome.

The girls here were so great. There was a new item which we weren't sure if we wanted or not, so they made a little sample for us to try. We were glad, because it reiterated that we didn't want to buy one. However, the drinks we did get, were lovely. Service was friendly and prompt.

Will honestly go as far as to say it's one of the worst coffee shops I've come across, due to their rude and disinterested staff who lack any customer service skills; they look as if the last thing they want is to be working there and serving you (making an exception for some of the younger staff who were very lovely and polite, great work guys!). Their coffee and cold beverage drinks were well made (hence my giving them a single star)

Always excellent service and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Good job!
