I also bought a voucher that was supposed to give me the "platinum wash". I have cleaned cars for a living in the past so I know how one should look when valeted. I have a Hiace van so there's not much to do really. There was only one or two cars behind me when they were cleaning mine. The staff that was cleaning my van rudely came over and said that they were too busy and to come back another day and they'll sort me out and then just walked off. I looked into the van and saw that they fecking hadn't even rubbed down the dash, I could see dirt on the floor and seats. I walked over and said that this wasn't acceptable and pointed out THE OBVIOUS. That same staff told me to go inside and he'll sort it. Eventually they came and said it was done, and when I then tried to say I had paid for a service and before I could finish my sentence they told me to go away and walked away. I got a $19 voucher (valued at $60). They're supposed to vacuum the interior + boot, but the boot was not vacuumed, it was still dirty (my interior was already clean). On the outside, it's clean and shiny (waxed), with a bit of stains still left there, it's not the best. For $19 it may be ok.

Friendly and fast, but not a perfect job. I also had a $19 voucher and it's definitely worth that. But if I had paid full price platinum (wash, polish, vacuum, inside & outside window clean etc) at $60, I would have taken the car back. They really need to move the car to dislodge water once it's washed, otherwise no matter how much they dry it, you get runny streaks when you drive off. Also, they wash in shade, so they can't see that they have not done a good job on inside your windows - or they don't use enough product. Good location, easy to find and park. Strong coffee, use extra sugar ! Good setup with 2 pc's for internet and plenty of newspapers. I'd go back for $19, but not $60. I'm sure if I complained they would have fixed it all up to my satisfaction, but I don't like to do that. I want it right the first time so I don't have to complain.

with the beautiful week of sunny weather ahead, there couldn't be a better time to get my black car in for some pampering. I bought an online voucher so was a little hesitant to go as I was anticipating a long stream of cars in the waiting bay with drivers who were thinking the same as me. Well, there were a lot of cars and when the attendant told me 1 hour wait, I thought it would take 2. He proved me wrong as I went off to do some shopping and had a coffee. When I got back, my beautifully shiny black car was ready to go. The guys were extremely professional and did an awesome job (no water streaks on the panels and windows). I have one more voucher to use there however I will certainly keep going back.
