I went into this store last week and was amazed with the new layout and look of the store, I can tell it's not finished but it already looks way more professional! They girls working were all so helpful and had great team work skills! They helped my girlfriend find everything she needed! Will definitely be coming back again! Store and staff has improved a lot since the last time we came in :-)
Recently went into the Elizabeth store last thursday sometime after 5 and couldn't be more disappointed with the customer service...girls chatting about their weekend and zero attention to customers...particularly a blond girl..gloss you need to either retrain staff or employ capable ones that actually enjoy customer service..
Off with the ones that dont enjoy it and in with the new that actually want to work and dont think they're above you..
I love gloss and use to have a lovely blonde girl serve me and put my lashes on! but recently went into gloss and they now have new staff members who are very rude and have poor customer service at the Marion store! I also went to the Elizabeth gloss, where the store was messy and they were helpful but we're also to busy chatting about the weekend and on their phones at the counter. Love gloss but disappointed in recent customer service from both stores!
