This session is great for assisted stretching to your gym/workout routine or beginning/ learning to do Yoga and breath work to relax and stress less.
Michia classes aim at teaching traditional Yoga Asana (postures), relaxing meditation and ancient breath work (pranayama) to heal, release stress and clear your mind. Michia is fully insured with YHA and she also holds her Reiki Masters and Theta Healing Certificates.
Personal yoga teacher, Reiki Master, Theta Healing, Crystal Chakra Healing, and Meditation Teacher.
