We arranged Go Ahead Cleaners for end of lease cleaning. Our real estate 'L J Hookers' was horrible and the worst people to deal with anything so they had issues with the cleaning as well. I contacted Go Ahead cleaners customer service and they arranged the cleaners to come back and also to process the refund for part of the package. The customer service lady called 'Sonia' was more than a great person to deal with. She was always available to take calls and respond to emails and managed our case very well. I will highly recommend their service to others.
The first time I used them for move out cleaning service. Cleaners came in and did a deep clean in couple of hours (with a very short notice). I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Several weeks later I called them again and set a biweekly cleaning. Every time the cleaners do the same great job and leave my property in excellent condition. I am VERY happy with the service provided.
HORRIBLE!!! paid $189 to still have a dirty apartment! And no guarantee I will receive my bond back! Called and they wanted us to pay again for them to put the finishing touches of cleaning. The toilet was still dirty, we asked the cleaners if they even cleaned it, they replied yes they hand scrubbed it, after they leave we scrub is and it comes clean! I will never ever recommend this company.

Absolutely worst service ever. Cleaner did terrible job at house for end of lease cleaning and asked them to clean areas again and as website guarantees but still had no attention to detail. Had to make phone calls to company as cleaner had quote wrong and was argumentative. Complained to company they offered to re clean another day but we had already moved interstate and then heard nothing. It should have been done properly the first time. Absolutely poor customer care. Avoid this company.
