the first two times i had problems with my jura s9 i sent to sidney,
After that I got tired and i put the jura away for two years, until eighteen months ago one day while I was thumbed through the internet i find this (go barista) so i tried and I was lucky to meet a true gentleman (serge) so professional, my jura s9 become like new.
yesterday i had a problem I went to see him, incredibly e left everything he was doing to fix my jura while I was waiting. thank you very much.

So I just started home brewing and purchased a 2nd hand ECM Giotto. I knew it needed a service and a few replacement parts. I searched and searched for repair/ service shops for my Giotto, made countless phone calls wasting my time and money. I left messages on an answering machine for a different company and they did not even bother calling back. (turns out, they had a problem with their answering machine) I found Go barista on the internet and thought id give it a ring. I Was greeted by a very polite person who was clear and helpful. He Answered all my questions perfectly, so I took my Giotto in for a service. Serge, the owner of Go barista explained to me what he was going to do and how much it would cost. The initial quote was approx $80.
