Engaged them last Saturday to remove a blood stain, worst service ever, charged $200 could not even remove a simple blood stain owners were rude and under trained. Have to sue the company for return of my money.

Good price and the cleaner Dave was fast and efficient all carpets were cleaned beyond expectations and the balcony tiles look almost new fantastic job in a quick time

First, the cleaner was 1 hour late to my appointment. And still being rude when I direct them to a parking where takes a little while and they just gave me a bad respond on their faces when i asked them to make a U turn back somewhere.

Second, the cleaning is simply the spray, and a machine who turns a moist rug on the carpet to rub the sprayed carpet. It was $80! I don't know why people say it looks a million dollars. Perhaps their carpet was toooo dirty. I think I can pay for the same stain remove solution for $25. spray on my carpet and pay a labour $20 for an hour to rub it by a moist towel, result in the same cleanliness and it will be only $45 in total. ...read more

Success! A real thorough job, carpets look better then when we moved in.... I'm converted for life now - when you find a good carpet cleaner like this you will never let them go!!!

Today, 'Matt & Brad' cleaned the carpet and tiles at our office, and I am completeley blown away at how great it looks. I said I'd put up a review so here it is:

Price? Check - we had 4 quotes including yours, yours Came in the cheapest, and didnt have any surprises on the day.

On Time? Check! - I was told 9am, and you were here at 9 on the dot

Staff? check! your representatives were polite, accomodating of the order we needed the rooms done in, and very helpfull with our furniture - they are an assett to your company.

Results? 11/10! the Carpet now looks fantastic, and the tiles in the staff room are sparkling! The once black Grout, (which I was certain was supposed to be grey) looks white - bright white! Everyone has commented today on how great it looks, it looks like its been replaced.

In Summary, everything was perfect, thankyou, and I will certainly be using Go Clean again in the future for our cleaning
