Very disappointed with the experience and the unexplained increase in membership whenever they felt fit. Annoyed by the fine print of trying to leave the membership AFTER the contracted term is up. Very annoyed that none of this information was given to me during the consultation and that I am now stuck with extra payments for a month to month contract that automatically occurs after your membership expires. It is a load of cr*p and am very annoyed and disappointed
Worst gym ever. The staff need to learn manners. And good luck trying to cancel your membership.

I feel really sad that the people below had such a bad experience, because personally I absolutely love Go Health Clubs - especially Carindale. I go to Carindale and Springwood and find the staff to be friendly, the facilities modern and plentiful and the class timetables to be excellent. Go is the reason I've lost almost 10kg in the last two months and I owe it to their fabulous trainers. I was a bit skeptical at first as the 'night club' feel of the gym was a bit of a turnoff. I must admit though - I have changed my thoughts because I genuinely love it.

Awful. Treat their members like c**p. From lying at the outset about whether you could
"bring a friend" right to the end with cancellation and delaying their response as long as humanly possible.
