Upon entering the store, I asked a staff to help me locate a gazebo which was on special in the catalogue. They instantly told me that the store did not have this item in stock and that I should try other stores for a gazebo instead. After searching thoroughly, I found the gazebo myself exactly where the other gazebos were. From the staff I would have expected more than just an unattending response because they did not want to deal with a customer. Think twice before consulting an unattending staff.
