Go Sing Chinese Restaurant

I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again. Ordered delivery, told it was fine on the phone, took 2hrs to get to us and then the delivery driver was rude and aggressive!!! I mean if they have a problem delivering to my area then take that up with the management don't be rude to the customer...very nasty and horrible :(

We ordered on a weekend and waited over an hour for delivery, we were fine with that being not many places do delivery. Our food was sub-par, my partner's dish was bland while the chicken in my dish was dry and chewy, unlike the famous velveted texture Chinese cuisine is know for. The special fried rice was dry and hard to eat, and the home made spring rolls were small compared to other restaurants. For the price, would not order again.

Not good at all. Ordered our food (honey chicken for me, soup, chow mein, spring rolls and prawn chips) and went to pick it up after the 30 minutes they advised us it would be ready. Waited at least 10 minutes for service but eventually got the food and went home. When we arrived home again, we found that we had no prawn chips, the food was cold and the spring rolls were undercooked and chewy. We rang the store and complained. They gave a sorry that was as acceptable as the food they sold us. They also told us that we had to take the bag of prawn chips off the service desk as we left - the same box that was marked $2.50 so I'd assumed we'd have it in the meal. All we got was store credit and a goodbye. Awful. Not going to use the lowsy credit. We shouldn't have to check our meal before we go - we do that at places like Maccas and KFC. Not going there again.

We've been coming to Go Sing restaurant for many years now, and are always happy with their food and service. This little restaurant has been cooking the same way for years and that's why we love coming back - Love the Satay prawns!

Ordered food and was told 1-1.5hr wait for delivery. Was fine with that. 2hrs later i call and get told they misplaced my order and food would arrive within 10-15 min, 35 min later food arrives cold and no apology. Will not be ordering from them again
