The first and last time I went here was during a sale. We found an item worth around $20 and asked the attendant whether that was also a sale item. Staff looked at us with obvious annoyance and said "that's worth $20, what do you think I'll get if I give a discount on it?" I can't remember the exact wording but that was the gist of the 2-minute on-the-spot lecture. We replied "we were just asking, because we didn't know." Ive been to this store a few times and I cant say I have ever been disappointed by the service. During my last visit, I was not very surprised to find that the attendant in this shop was actually the owner - mostly because he showed a concern and respect for his customers which i think is a quality that equates to a care for the business (which 'hired help' at times fails to display). Anyway, during my last visit I was supported through out my entire shopping experience; I was given fashion and fabric quality advise, a 10% discount and a few suggestions about what fabrics would suit my desired sporting use. Unsuprisingly, I spent a few more dollars than I intended to, a sign of good sales and to be perfectly honest - I have no regrets, the quality of the products was exceptional!
