I started with a simple Boundary Fence issue requiring a letter to be sent to my neighbour requesting the reinstatement of the fence. Having put money in a Trust Account, a draft letter was presented for editing and approval. This was done. Since then I do not have any detail of what correspondence has occurred through GoToCourt Lawyers on my behalf. Most times I made contact with GoToCourt Lawyers I dealt with a new person. Finally I complained about the poor business practices, copying in one of the Partners and so my representation stopped and a dialoque about issues between the company and me ensued. The person who conducted this has me worried as he commited the company to something, and when it was raised responded it was a mistake. Finally the company having used most of the Trust Funds, has decided to closed my account because they claim there is a lack of Mutual Trust.
