I disagree with the previous comments- I came to this spa with a gift voucher and I had a wonderful massage. The lady who did the treatment and the receptionist were both very nice and professional and both waved goodbye and told me to have a nice day. The atmosphere was relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I was very happy my husband got me the voucher!
Not happy. brought gift voucher and my Wife tried to reedem 1 day over. They were rude. Avoid this place. Customer service non-existant.
Totally agree Grant123. NEVER buy a gift voucher from this place. Mine was perfectly valid and they were still rude and wouldn't honour it as they should. Rude people.
