I've been a loyal customer from Runaway to Toombul.. I allay go to my local.. since toombul close down due to the 2022 floods, my go to guy Kyle is now the Mgr of the Vally store.. so he's been my go to since toombul closed, I won't go any where else, when I have issues Kyle and his team always help out. Always going above and being.. I can't recommend Kyle and his team enough.. they know what customer service is all about especially in 2023 when everything is rushed, and you're treated like another number.. but not at the Valley store!!

I've called the 1800 number they're sometimes rude.. miss informed.. and always refer you to store.. with that said.. if you need any cleaning help or after a new machine go straight in and see Kyle and his team.. don't call up or go to any other store.

my vacuum cleaner was not picking up all d rubbish of d floor, it s at least 3 years old machinre went there on d wkend n one of d staff fix it for $ 20..iam happy with their service..

Bought a werthiem 3030t from them and it broke down 3 months later. I called them about it and they said it required servicing for $150. The machine cost $650 and never really worked that well in the first place. This happened 2 years ago and its been in the back of my mind to write this review ever since

If you want cheap cleaning products, this is the place to go. Not just vacuum cleaners like you may think!
