Absolutely terrible experience.
Purchased new VAX, used for 10mins and just providing no suction.
Took back to Godfreys that day, told I would need to take to service center even though it was brand new.
Took to service center, had it for 2months and agreed a replacement VAX was needed but didn't have any in stock. Was then told to take back to Godfreys where I purchased if from for either a replacement or refund.
They flat out refused and send me packing. Totally unprofessional and service is non-existant.
Never shop there.
