Ordered a replacement hose for my vacuum cleaner, at the time I was told they would call me when the part came in. Granted the staff were pleasant enough BUT a week later I hadnt heard from them... So I called as a follow up and was told that the part hadnt come in yet (fair enough), during this call I was assured that one the part came in they would in fact call me... Another week later(my house now looks like a pigsty), I called back and asked how far my order was turns out they had it in store AND no one had called me - (granted again staff where very pleasant). But I was NOT very impressed by the lack of follow up besides I like people to follow up with their promises. Having said this, I bought my vacuum cleaner and steam mop from them and had no drama with them then.
