I had no choice but to click a star otherwise they are worth none!
Paid for a robot vacuum a week before xmas on a thursday said i needed it in time xmas... Girl at the fountain gate store said it would arrive with new stock the following monday and they would call and all stock should arrive before christmas!!!...

in the end i had to keep trying to chase it up, nobody at the store seemed to know what was going on, they scribbled things on scrap pieces of paper (list of orders ppl made) and i eventually rang the clayton store organised to pick one up there in time for xmas... (they could of offered to do this for the customer)

1 week after NEW YEAR same girl calls and says hey your vacuum arrived

no organisation, absolutely lost staff...

Very frustrating place to shop. Great while you are in the shop but no follow up service. I ordered a replacement filter which took weeks upon weeks to come in. In the process they lost my order, and i of course lost my money. They never answer the phone when you call the store either. I have called numerous times to make enquiries and the line rings out.
