Credit where it is due. When I bought our "machine" as these call it, I felt they actually listened to what we said we needed and didn't try and sell us something we didn't need.
We brought the machine back this week because our landlord used it to clean up plaster dust while we were away - they were more than helpful giving a comprehensive service assuring us it is back as new.
