A great dojo that caters for all age groups. Ideal for a family to get into a sport together. Be prepared to get the most out of an hour as your fitness will be challenged! The best value for money in town.

Very affordable,family fun. Shihan Pat is a wonderful instructor who has both knowledge & patience for the students. The fully equipped gym is great for the parents while the kids are doing karate lessons.The personal training offered must be the cheapest & best in Sydney. Check this out for yourself - you won't be dissapointed.

Highly recommended to all age groups.
