We have used Gold Coast Airport Parking many times without issue, unfortunately last weekend when my fiance went to pick up the car she discovered it had been heavily damaged! They didn't even say anything when she picked up the keys! It gets worse... they refuse to fix it. I will never use them again! Let our misfortune be a warning to everyone.
Im sorry but this statement is just not true. On the day of picking up your vehicle we had no management staff on and there was an admin error in bringing your attention to the damage on your vehicle.
When we had our conversation yesterday we offered to have the damage that our staff had caused fixed but you refused on the basis that we did not fix damage to the other side of your vehicle that was not caused by us.

Best airport parking business ever!
We left our car on the Thursday night and picked it up on the Saturday night and it cost only $34.00 (not undercover/garaged). Free pick-up and drop-off at the airport, the shuttle service is quick and it is only 3 minutes from the site to the airport.
I highly recommend them.
The cars are kept secure and the business is run by friendly folks.
