We have an amazing timetable with the best of Les Mills classes. We also have a full Cycle Studio. Our Group Fitness Manager is a Les Mills Trainer and Presenter, so we come with the best of the best in instructors. We have a full gym with all the equipment you could need. We also have a ladies only section. We have an amazing Kids Club so the children are well looked after and happy.
