The service department are hopeless. I have had a number of issues with them over the years and will not be returning to them. All under warranty, it took the ESP warning light to come on 3 times before they would replace the brake light switch (before the recalls were issued). A number of times this warning came on so too did the EPS warning light and no power steering. They would say they cleared the computer and it was fine. The last time the EPS warning light came on I took it to them (originally to get the carpet that had fallen off above the clutch fixed) they called to tell me the car was not safe to drive because the entire steering column/shaft was so badly damaged and needed to be replaced. This was clearly a deteriorating issue that was not investigated. They wanted to charge me $150 to replace the headlights with 'authentic bulbs' because that kept blowing (6 in 18 months) before they would investigate whether there was any issue with the ...read more
