Gold Coast Mazda

Bought a new Mazda CX9 in for a service and when it broke down the following day they advised we have to organise a tow ourselves to a local dealer in Brisbane. Very unprofessional as this was the second time our 2017 Mazda CX9 was bought in for the same problem.

Twice now I've called to get my faulty (brand new) BT 50 repaired and twice they have said they will get back to me with a time and have blatantly ignored me!!! Terrible service and totally unprofessional

Too bad there is no 0 star option... Easily the worst customer service team I have ever encountered... 3 times were were there and not once could we take a car out for a test drive... Mazda can win every car award under the sun but that will not be enough to make me return to this car yard or Mazda for that matter!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Last time I went in, serious to test drive and then potentially purchase, I was informed to kindly take a seat. I did, and only after a 15 minute spiel about the car and the features, was I told that I couldn't be taken out for a test drive. Not because there was insufficient staff, but because the last test drive took "40 minutes".

I was frustrated and frankly disappointed that I wasn't told this when I walked through and requested a test drive.
